The menu's title says "Author". I assume this is intended to say "Arthur".

I went through a period of thinking it was spelled "Author".
If it's just the screenshot, that's fine, i'll update it on a good day. If it's in the main game, I'll fix it for the next version. Don't tell me where it is, though, I'll find out :-p

Due to excessive pending and procrastination of team members, the expected date of completion has been completely wiped. I will notify you all as soon as possible what year this project can be expected done XD.
Please note, even though the due date has been eliminated, that does not mean the project will never get done, and that does not mean that we are not working on the project at this time. Progress is still being made (though slowly), and this project will eventually get done. In the meantime, do feel free to ask questions, make comments, or throw large rubber chickens at us, and we will be more than happy to respond.

The main character has not yet been changed, but will once we get our act together. The battle system has not been implemented yet. At this time, if I were to enable the currently existing battle system, it would be the previous one. I plan to change it to something perhaps a little better.
I'm still gathering ideas for how the Jousting will work (I don't need any help, though).
None of our 5 sprite artists have submitted anything that would allow us to continue, and I seem to have lost contact with all of them. Programming, Testing, and Sounds are just moving along as best we can without sprites.
I suppose the time has come again to request a sprite artist. If you might be interested, contact me. If you know anyone who might be interested, send them my way.
In the meantime, I've discovered an encryption method that cannot be cracked. And I'm not kidding. So I'll be working on that. If anyone's interested, I'll have a site up by the end of the weekend.

when you save your ini files save them as .dat or something or it will just get changed. gm can still read ini no matter what type file it is.

well, it's only alpha. When it becomes beta, I will most definately rename and encrypt the ini files. The Cheat ini file is supposed to be normal ini, as you are supposed to modify it.

as for spriters, mine always give up as well! try www.pixelation.cjb.net htey usually want cash, but some newer people may do it for free. At least you can get spriters. I can't even get someone to agree to draw reference pictures for me to convert into models even after I put a negotiable (10% to start, and I'm very flexible) royalties deal on the table.

My hard drive crashed, and I know I put the gmd somewhere on a backup, but I'll have to find the backup.
In addition, I cannot complete this project until I finish Linux GM, since I don't have windows (the hard drive crashed).
Until then, this project is postponed indefinately, and the team has basically fallen apart - so topic closed. Once I finish LGM, I'll start it up again and re-open the topic.
