i'm gonna aim for 5 hours if you know what you're doing. also, i'm gonna keep working on it even after it is released. I will constantly be making updates for people to download, and improve game play, not to mention I may add extra quests or stuff that makes the game last longer. I use Clickteam's Patch Maker to achieve this.

k, so youll make like expansion packs? and where is this patch maker?
just a sugection but you could make an online version where however many people survive have them in one game and they work they're way throught the game together

multiplayer capabilities won't be for a long time after the release. Not to mention, considering my mplay knowledge is pretty bad, I'd probably have a lot of trouble, and GM's mplay abilities are slow.
Now, what i'm thinking of doing, is after I release it, i'll try rewriting it in another language, like Pascal or something, which probably has faster and better mplay functions.

More on that last idea.
After I'm done, I'll make a version of it in Pascal, for DOS. I'm also looking into a 3-d Game Making program, so then I may make a 3-d version of the game (As the sequal)
The game has received a project name. This is only the project name, and not the game's name. The game's name won't arrive until near the end. My spriter is leaving near the end of march, so I pray he'll be done the sprites soon. If he doesn't finish, i'll yell at him while he's in japan, and have him finish them over there.
Please check the first post, I have changed it. I'm getting around to making a first quest in the game. The storyliner made a map, so I just have to implement it.

No, that was for the appocalyptic idea, which was changed, so when we got rid of the appocalypse, we got rid of the name, cuz there is no use for June 6 in an Arthur game (I don't think). We'll have a better name when it's done. until then, refer to it as Project Arthur

The demo will have to be delayed, i'm sorry.
Everything was right on schedule, but when it came time for my graphic artist to submit his work, I discovered he had procrastinated to the point where he hadn't done enough work to get out even a small demo. I fired him, and now I'm searching for a new graphic artist to do sprites and other things for the game. If anyone's interested in applying for the job, email me, IM me, or find other means of contacting me, and I'll fill you in on your first task, which will be a sprite of King Arthur. Members of the team get a free copy of the finished product, and some alphas not released to the public.
Again, I appologize for the delay. I can't name the date it will be postponed to until I have a graphic artist.
News update. I have been doing some research, and I've read up on the childhood of Arthur and the events that led up to his power. I've also gotten a hold of a meteorologist who gave me some good weather estimates for that time period (rain and snow). The first quest has not changed yet, but I have been looking into adding in jousting. In fact, the demo may include jousting rather than the first quest (lol).
Thanks for your input guys, and keep it coming. I'm gonna work on the game without sprites.

sprites are what hamper my game to

when you have a team of 5, er, 4 people, it becomes quite a bit easier. My storyliner is helping me out a lot.
