IMHO, the last link is the only one you'll need, and the best for it's job. This kind of goes hand-in-hand with the gm6 file format documentation found in the pinned topic. The format is essentially exactly the same, and should be very easy to follow.
Please note, unlike the gm6 file images, which I just recently made a post about, the images in lib files are standard bmp's that are not compressed. You can find documentation for the BMP file format here:

The license for this is exactly the same as the license for my gm6 file format documentation. Leif902 does not ask for credit, but says it would be nice if you did give him some. If you make any breakthroughs with this like notice something wrong or figure out why the number of actions seems to be recorded twice, you are encouraged to contact me, and optionally contact leif902. If nobody has any changes to make, version 1 will likely be the finished product.
