Woah, it's been 3 years already? I hate how fast time goes, I re-read alot of what I said, and I sounded pretty dumb. I don't really use game maker anymore, but I still have that Secret of Mana game I was working on, although I lost the later versions, so I'm stuck with my earlier attempts. I might get around to finishing that.
So how's everything here. Not to noisy I hope ;D.

The boards are essentially dead - we get about 1 post every 3 or 4 months. The only exception to this is my LateralGM project board, which has been keeping this place alive (and keeping me busy).

I just started editing my little game again, I forgot almost everything about it. I'm getting by slowly though. I might need your help, if you don't mind

I pmed you, hopefully this will be the only thing I need help with. Also if it isn't too much trouble could you remove "predator" from my name? I just finished watching Alien Vs. Predator at the time and now it just seems inappropriate.

Actually you set that yourself. Go into your profile and you should be able to change it yourself.

Hmmm.... I checked in there but didn't see an option for it.

haxx0rz is your user title for having a phenomenal post count - you have no control over that (you could ask me if you really wanted that change, and I could change it).
You better find it, because you don't want me to change it. Heaven knows what I might change it into ;D

I guess it wasn't personal text, it just added below my avatar. I'm sure you asked as (1 or 2 years ago) if we wanted it added and then you did.

Ok, I've removed it. I also corrected a spelling mistake in your custom text, changing "of" to "off"

it was late at night when I put that in..................... ;D (edit) I was going to actually put "on-again off-again member" but that didn't sound right. ;D (edit again) I was reading your blog on the calender and on page 2 it says Is that a typo? Or is there something I'm not getting? (last edit) I don't like double posting. Finally finished reading "Calender Reform" 1.) Kinda lame how religion has to influence everything, even the fact that it has to satisfy them. Honestly I'd like it to change to make them mad. 2.) I also had brief moments where I would go " Why does February have 28 days and every other month has 30 or 31". Because of the type of guy that I am I never really looked up the answer though. 3.) If every month started on a Sunday I didn't think there would be any problems, but Friday the 13th every month just wouldn't seem right. 4.) You chose the 13 month calender you started connecting one thing to another like menstruation, turtle shell inner and outer plates, human primary joints and finger joints. I know you said "interestingly", is there anything special you've heard about this or just some random fact? 5.) I was going to say I'd go with the world calender, but the 13 month calender seems better, since every month would have the exact same amount of days . ..................I need to rest my brain now..............

These would be some excellent questions for my blog, but I suppose I can answer them here too.
I'm surprised you only caught 1 typo. There wasn't a whole lot right with the sentence. Compare:
Neither do I. It's what the edit button is for.
We are the minority. Unfortunately, the majority is religious, and what they say goes. It's like I always say, Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner.
I'm not sure if I addressed this in my blog entry or not. 30 and 31 used to alternate perfectly. It wasn't until Julius and Augustus Caesar when it was decided that 2 days would be taken from February and added to Quintilius (renamed July) and Sextilius (reanmed August). I've also heard some suggestions that 28 days was the original number of days in February for religious observational purposes, and so nobody bothered to change it. Thus, we have 2 conflicting reports, and ultimately it doesn't matter, because the fact still remains that it's completely screwed up, feudal, irrational, and based on the whims of kings.
In many countries, weeks start on a Monday. This would eliminate your Friday the 13th problem. Of course, renaming the weekdays to "oneday" (not monday), "twoday" (not tuesday), "threeday", "fourday", "fiveday" (not friday), "sixday", and "sevenday" (not sunday), you wouldn't have the Friday the 13th problem anymore either - unless you have a 5 the 13th suspicion too. Or how about 7 the 13th - a lucky and an unlucky number. That'll confuse the hell out of superstitious people. I hate superstitions.
What do you mean "anything special"? It's just a neat coincidence and perhaps a nice "hint, hint, wink wink, nudge nudge" that we too should be using a 13.28 calendar. Did I also forget to mention that the average between the number of times the moon goes around the earth (that is, the average between when it just realigns with the sun again and when it realigns with the stars again, as they are slightly different points) is 13, each time averaging about 28 days? Our calendar used to been a lunar-solar calendar.
It's a huge debate, and I don't really mind one way or the other, just so long as we get rid of this piece of crap we're using right now.

I left a comment in the topic about who you'd have dinner with, in your blog.
