This is for those people who for whatever reason need some character portraits and don't have a chance to get totally original ones yet don't want to use rips. It's an interesting site, I had fun just playing with it one night even though I don't need portraits. The biggest problem with it is that it's a translation of a Japanese page so some of the text is a little weird.
And if you're making original graphics, these could still be cool for standin graphics until you have a real one finished.
