Intresting, even if i believe the hard thing is not to make the RPG it's story, etc. My biggest problem is that I've HAVEN'T GOT ANY SPRITES for buildings (overview), items, weapons, armors, etc.
But very good tutorials!

Of course making graphics is difficult for many people, but the design part is really much more important. Graphics merely compliment the story and gameplay graphics can't fix a bad game but a good game can make up for bad graphics. I think as many resources of all kinds the better.

Your right! All can learn to code but all can't make the sprites... You need the talent! (which i haven't got )

Yeah, spriting is hard, but you can learn how to make appealing sprites even without talent. Download lots of sprite sheets. Copy the style, or even try to draw an exact replica of the thing you are using as an example. Once you have done this a few times you might just be able to create something good from scratch. If not just keep on trying.

well if you will make a rpg human that is pixelated but verry small like 32 x 32 you dont need talent
but if you will make a game with the gpx like naodi wich I realy love you do need talkent although sometimes people just want to learn so bad so they can make it to
and sometime people have hidden talents
this is a useless post sorry

Actually 32x32 rpg graphics can be very hard depending on the style. If you try making somethng with the level of detail at 32x32 that Secret of Mana has in it's sprite you'll see it's no easier than making 32x64 sprites like I have just at a different scale. I think talent only has a little bit to do with it, practice is far more important for example here are two character portrait I've made of the same character the first was made over a year and a half ago and the second was made only a few weeks ago: So you can see how much a lot of practice can affect your art. By the way anyone wanting to do pixel art should go to pixelation.swoo.net it's been the biggest help to me.
