Clickteam has a few good resources, not directly related to GM, nor RPG's, but since there has been a bit of talk in the matter, I decided to post it.

Clickteam can be found at www.clickteam.com

Clickteam offers PatchMaker

and InstallMaker
www.clickteam.com/InstallMaker/US
both are free, and powerful. I highly recommend you use PatchMaker, because it records only the changes you made between version A and B, so you don't have to redistribute all 3 mB again.

you can just make a new install with inno setup instead of making a patch... Inno setup: www.jrsoftware.org/isdl.php

The purpose of making patches is to eliminate having to redownload the data which did not change in the new version.

Exactly Ism. If you look in the "Changes" part, all you have to do is not change the version number and voila! It becomes a patch.
