Questions about RPG maker 2 (snes)

I have some questions about this game. If anyone can answer some if not all of them, that would be great.

-Is there a way to modify how much experience your party needs to level up?

-How can you get two or more sprites to interact through in an event?

-Is there a way to go back to the editing menu while you are testing the game?

i'm not really familiar with the snes rpg maker,
you should get the computer version instead, i know alot about that one
