As a mod or admin, you are accepting the burdens it may place upon you. You are accepting that people will pm you from time to time notifying you of something that you may or may not be aware of.
To mods, your power is limited. If you abuse it, you will be replaced. You have the power to give strikes, but if we notice you are giving out too many strikes, we will revoke this power. I have made a thread for mods to report to when they make a strike. You must also inform the person you are giving the strike to why they are receiving the strike. You may then give that user no more strikes until the plate is clean.
Only admins may give multiple strikes to a single person. If a mod feels a user deserves multiple strikes, don't warn the person, but post in the provided thread of reporting strikes.
Admins have unlimited power. They can do whatever they feel is necessary. If they want to make a major change, like a change to the board in particular, they must first inform me. I will be keeping a close eye on them, making sure they don't abuse their power.

If you are a keeper of a board, you are permitted to design your own set of rules for the board.
This can be done without my approval, but I am able to keep up with this board, so I will be keeping a close eye on individual board rules. If there is something that I find inappropriate, I will discuss the validity of the rule with the mod.
