I think it's a definite winner.

the logo is sweet, the new board color is awsome too

The greens are ok, bit hurful on the eyes tho.

New logo = Great, looks REALLy good.

I recoloured the banner so it uses the colours of this theme (you can continue to use the existing one- i don't mind):

its a definate winner, but i think that the green one replace the gray one to match the rest of the site
