"New" and Level

Well, somehow the posting levels started working a while ago, so you can look around at different users and see what level they are at. If you don't like yours, you can always get a custom one.

I was looking for an animated gif for "new" items that I put on the page. When I uploaded it, it replaced the New Posts image. This makes new posts a lot more noticeable so I kinda kept it. If anyone wants it back to the old way, just pm me or post here and I'll consider it (It's not that hard to upload...)

I like having an animated new image but I'm not very fond of the bright pink color. If others don't care for the color I wouldn't mind doing an edit of it to make it a less glaring color like a deep red or something.

I ought to know what IsmAvatar means by “posting levels”, but I just can’t put my [index] finger on which possible meaning is the right one. Could someone please explain?

I think he means your title, like yours is 'User', hamalnamal's is 'Abuser', etc. They change as you post more.

AHHA! Well, that was not going to be my first guess, but anyway. I still don't quite get it though. People were already calling themselves things other than their posting level, and now many people still are called by their posting levles while the people who were called by other things are still called by other things...so I don't understand what's changed
