Hexidex is a particle structure that is created by the main character's father. the structure contains huge energy levels and the main villain guy wants to use it to take over the world. its set in current/slight future times. it sounds a little weird right now because i am still working on the storyline so i will post more on this later.
i just wanted to get my game on the list of WIPs... its called "Hexidex" (for now, but i think it will stay)
i plan on basing game play on ff9, almost all iso views. i havent decided on a battle system yet, i just know i dont want real time. i want to come up with a unique-ish leveling system because, as someone said in the GM forum, most of the systems used today got old over 5 years ago.
i will post more as planning continues.

ok...long overdue update here is my world countries/territories red - Heniba orange - Arthenia yellow - "Middle Country" - still working on the name brown - Westland green - Ba'akar purple - Esset grey - the Wasteland the dark green blobs are forest i left out mountains and cities
the main character is Leslie Elliott (woohoo a girl! ) she is early/mid 20s and an assistant to her father her father is (oddly enough) Prof. Elliott he is a freelance scientist experimenting with particle stimuli on other particals and light the main villain is Mordicai Draca he is a rival scientist of Prof. Elliot who works for the global conglomerate Vailcorp (conglomerate is spelled correctly, i looked it up)
i have planned: 7 capitol cities 15 large cities 49 sites ranging from just a few buildings to very small towns 8 characters to come in and out of the story line 100s of items from healing lotions and tents to heavy short range attack weapons (it is present-ish times) a few magic spells and items. not too many.. it fits in the story (magic being a taboo of sorts with technology being the driving force in the world) i have a bunch of enemies too, i havent counted them...
right now i have about 15 pages of story, 5 or so pages of notes for history and culture, and another 10 pages of script for transitions
ive decided to use my own crappy images until im closer to completion so i can concentrate more on coding and story. towards the end i will post something somewhere for artists.
im trying to put together an intro movie/cut scene to give some idea of what im rambling about

i made a website for my game... if i can really call it a game yet....almost everything is still on paper ee.domaindlx.com/paradoxboh/i changed my name a bit too. its now "PARADOX: The Birth of Hexidex" instead of just Hexidex. i am still working out bugs and adding content but i think all the links work and its pretty much all viewable. if any one has any questions, concerns, death threats, wishes or general trivia, please send them my way thanks, i hope you enjoy!
