Plains of Chaos: Epic of the Dragon Orbs is an immersive, fully interactive role playing game.
There are 20 different Player Classes to choose from, each with it's own distinct powers.
Currently you can change your players class by using the 'P' key on the keyboard, or you can change the Hero1.pcp file directly.

After version 1 Beta 2.0 is released you will no longer have to redownload the .exe file, there will be an updater along with the game which will allow you to download only the updated files that you need. As all resources are external.
Beta 2.0 will include:
I have also made a new map algorithm which only loads the tiles that it needs at any given time. The room_size is always 800x608 (25x19 tiles) and the view_size is 800x600, this is because my tiles are 32x32 pixels and it allows my game to run at a steady 60fps.
The Player Character (PC) will now be centered at all times with an x,y coordinate of 400x300. The PC does not actually move in game, the world moves around him, it's actually something I'm very proud of and it took me a week of hard coding and a caffeine induced frenzy to perfect.

- 12 NPC's
- Dialog system
- New HUD
- Name registration and character creation
- Weapons, and Items
