Does anyone know how to create a drag'n'drop inventory like in Icewind Dale, Heroes of Might'n'Magic3 or Morrowind?

Try waiting for more than two minutes for a reply. We don't live here, and I've seen this forum go for two days without a new reply.
That being said, I've never played Might and Mahic, Morrowind, or Icewind Dale, but I'll give you the basic theory (strictly theory, since I've never attempted such an undertaking).
Check the manual for the mouse commands. In the step event of the item have it follow the cursor (follow as in move with, not trail behind), then another command to snap it to a grid when the button is up (as far as I know there isn't currently a function for mouse release).
Have a boolean set to false at all times unless it is in a specific location, such as the right hand equipment slot, etc.
Sorry I can't go into more detail, but I'm in a hurry, and like I said, this is all theory.

how many rules have been broken here?
1) Vagueness, please be much much much more specific 2) Spamming, you double posted 3) Bumping, you barely waited 3 minutes before bumping.
Topic closed. I will allow you to open another one if you don't break those rules again.
(actually, all 3 of them fit under the "common sence" rule)
